What are the requirements for you (franchisee)?
Our offer is suitable for any city with a population of 300,000 or more.
You will need:
A premises (owned or long-term leased) with an area of at least 500 square meters in the city center, on the first line;
The desire to manage the clinic (yes, the clinic is a living organism and it requires daily attention from the founders, despite the work of the director and the head doctor);
Good connections in the city and medical circles to attract the best specialists.
More detailed requirements will be agreed upon in person.
Geographic restrictions
A strict exception are the cities where our clinics already operate, including the cities of the regions and the cities from the list:
Saint Petersburg;
Kirov
Petrozavodsk;
Smolensk
Tolyatti.
What do we provide (Franchisor)?
A detailed list of requirements of sanitary and registration authorities for licensing;
Manuals for doctors, call center, media manager and clinic director;
Preparation of an advertising campaign: writing a media plan, support in negotiations with the media, contacts of our suppliers of advertising in electronic media;
Brand book in electronic form;
The rights to use a trademark in the territory of your city and region;
A site on the subdomain your_city.s-classclinic.com (the site's content is in franchisee responsibility);
Website promotion services within the framework of the network (affiliates pay this and other network events together);
Dedicated menu of the free federal number 8-800 with forwarding to your clinic number;
An unlimited number of articles about the clinic, doctors and services on the corporate Wiki;
Training of doctors and directors on the basis of the existing clinic;
CRM installation, including training on how to use (paid by clinics for the service provider on a monthly basis);
Contact details of the main suppliers of consumables and preparations for obtaining maximum discounts, including laboratory services according to the transport scheme;
Support at all stages of the clinic’s work, assistance in management and development, implementation of new methods and technologies already practiced in practice.
Conditions
Lump-sum: 1 000 000 ₽ + VAT (USD 18000)
Royalty: 8% of turnover + VAT
VAT does not applied in out of RF payments.
